for Autumn Mishler Creative Studio
1. Overview
At Autumn Mishler Creative Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional art and design services. While we do not sell physical products on our website, we ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and meet our clients’ expectations.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if Autumn Mishler Creative Studio has to cancel a scheduled project or install and cannot reschedule it. In all other circumstances, there are no refunds for the services provided. Clients will be notified promptly if a cancellation occurs and a refund is warranted.
3. Delivery Policy
Our design services are delivered either on-site for the client or digitally. Final files are delivered via email. All timelines for project completion and file delivery vary based on the project’s scope and requirements. Clients will receive an estimated timeline during the project planning phase.
4. Return Policy
Since Autumn Mishler Creative Studio does not sell physical goods, there are no items to be returned. All our services are delivered digitally or on-site, and therefore, the concept of returns does not apply.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel projects prior to completion. However, if the project is not rescheduled or scope is changed, the deposit is non-refundable. For long-term design service projects, Autumn Mishler Creative Stuio has a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
